Nice single room with external private bathroom equipped with shower, WC, bidet, water boiler and towel heater.
A cozy room equipped with single bed, wardrobe rack, table, chair. The external bathroom is right in front of the room, in a separate corridor only accessible to room’s occupants. If the single room is occupied, the adjacent double room will not be rented.
Breakfast is included and it is served 8-10 AM. City taxes not included (3,50€/pax/night)

Una stanza accogliente arredata con letto singolo, armadio a vista, scrivania e sedia. Il bagno esterno è proprio davanti alla stanza, in un corridoio privato in cui entrano solo gli ospiti di quella stanza. n nessun caso, prenotata la stanza, verrà prenotata quella adiacente ad estranei.
La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo e viene servita la mattina dalle 8 alle 10. La tassa di soggiorno non è inclusa (3,50 euro/pax/notte).

– This house is not a hotel. I live here and I wish my guests feel at home, but I also wish them to respect this place as it was their home.
– Check in starting 3PM and check-out until 10AM.
– Breakfast is served 8-10 AM.
– This is a very quiet building and elderly people live in other flats: guests are requested not to make noise between 11PM and 8AM.
– Smoking is strictly forbidden.
– Questa casa non è un albergo. Vivo qui e desidero che i miei ospiti si sentano come a casa loro, ma che rispettino anche il posto in cui si trovano come se fosse casa loro.
– Check-in dalle 15:00 e check-out fino alle 10:00.
– La colazione si serve dalle 8:00 alle 10:00.
– Il condominio in cui siamo è molto tranquillo e ci vivono anche persone anziane, si richiede di non fare rumore dalle 23 alle 8 di mattina.
– È tassativamente vietato fumare.
