Accommodation for 1 to 3 persons (double + single) with private external bathroom.
Two pretty adjacent rooms, a double and a single, furnished with two single bedrooms, table, two chairs, double wardrobe, single bed, dress rack, table, chair. The rooms are located in a private corridor (only used by rooms’ occupants) and the bathroom is right in front of them. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, bidet, water boiler and towel heater. Rooms can be booked separatedly too, look the separated room details for further info. If only one room is rented, the other will not be rented to strangers in any case.
Breakfast is included and it is served 8-10 AM. City taxes not included (3,50€/pax/night).

Due deliziose stanze adiacenti, una doppia e una singola, arredate rispettivamente con due letti singoli (usabili uniti o separati), scrivania, sedie, armadio a due ante, e un letto singolo, armadio a vista, scrivania e sedia. In un corridoio privato cui accedono solo gli ospiti delle stanze, proprio davanti alle entrate delle stanze, c’è il bagno esterno privato con doccia, WC e bidet, equipaggiato con scaldabagno e scaldasalviette. Le stanze sono prenotabili anche singolarmente, per maggiori info vedere il dettaglio doppia e singola. In nessun caso, prenotata una sola stanza, verrà prenotata quella adiacente ad estranei.
La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo e viene servita la mattina dalle 8 alle 10. La tassa di soggiorno non è inclusa (3,50 euro/pax/notte).

– This house is not a hotel. I live here and I wish my guests feel at home, but I also wish them to respect this place as it was their home.
– Check in starting 3PM and check-out until 10AM.
– Breakfast is served 8-10 AM.
– This is a very quiet building and elderly people live in other flats: guests are requested not to make noise between 11PM and 8AM.
– Smoking is strictly forbidden.
– Questa casa non è un albergo. Vivo qui e desidero che i miei ospiti si sentano come a casa loro, ma che rispettino anche il posto in cui si trovano come se fosse casa loro.
– Check-in dalle 15:00 e check-out fino alle 10:00.
– La colazione si serve dalle 8:00 alle 10:00.
– Il condominio in cui siamo è molto tranquillo e ci vivono anche persone anziane, si richiede di non fare rumore dalle 23 alle 8 di mattina.
– È tassativamente vietato fumare.
